Service contents for housing companies
Administrator IDs : Administrator IDs are created for the property manager in the eParking system. As the person in charge, he can monitor the consumption of all users.
User IDs : User IDs are created for the residents of the housing company in the eParking system, to which parking permits are provided and linked. In addition to parking management, the resident can also remotely control the heating and charging of their vehicle from the eParking application.
Monitoring electricity consumption : The property manager can monitor the electricity used to charge the vehicles of the housing association's residents and register the figures in the cloud service per user or plug.
Parking permit management : The property manager can manage parking permits and parking permit payments in the housing association.
Billing service : The housing company uses user-specific billing based on consumption data and, if necessary, billing for parking spaces or charging services. The property manager can bill users themselves based on consumption data.
Settlement : Payments are collected and settled regularly in installments. Payments are accumulated in the eParking service subscriber's Paytrail account, from which automatic transfers are made to the housing company's bank account at agreed intervals. eParking then invoices the housing company for the service in accordance with the price list.
Customer service : The housing company's and users' customer service will help in case of problems and will be happy to answer any questions.
Load management : eParking uses dynamic load management. Load management ensures that charging and heating electric cars is safe and that the maximum electrical capacity or phase-specific current limits of the site are not exceeded.
