Administrator rights

Accounts are created for designated administrators to manage residents' rights, reservations, and parking permits in the agreement area.

Charging devices and operation

The system is compatible with charging devices from several different manufacturers and with different power ratings. The operation of the devices is plug- and parking space-specific.

Visitor parking and separate user groups

It is possible to create separate user groups in the system (e.g. chargers and heaters) and pricing for visitors as well.

Data, reporting and remote management

Real-time view of energy consumption and payment transactions. The system also monitors devices and automatically reports malfunctions and communication outages.

Invoicing and automatic settlements

Consumption-based billing from residents and automatic settlements at regular intervals directly to the housing company's account.

Load management

Load management ensures that the maximum electrical capacity is not exceeded. Level 1 load management is automatically included in the service.

Resident user interface

An easy-to-use eParking application that allows residents to control charging or heating, monitor their consumption, and pay for their parking.

Important things to note about pricing

  • The implementation of the service involves site-specific start-up costs (such as equipment investments and installation), which are determined by the site's infrastructure, scope, and desired charging power.

  • The monthly operating fee is based on the number of sockets at the site and the device types (eTolppa with suko or Type 2 connectors or third-party devices).

  • A minimum monthly invoicing applies to the operating fee.

  • All payments made by users are paid in full to the housing company. The costs of the billing service are invoiced separately directly from the housing company.

  • The housing company's own VAT rate is always used in invoicing.
