Parking and charging solutions for housing associations
Upgrade your heating posts to smart charging devices.
Save energy, reduce costs and increase the value of your property.
eParking simplifies and streamlines parking and electric vehicle charging, making property management easier.
The eParking system offers its users a fair and transparent way to handle the charging and parking of electric cars within a housing association.
The system automates the monitoring of electricity consumption and the issuance of parking permits, freeing up the property manager's time from routine tasks. The resident pays for electricity using the eParking service, and the amount is transferred directly to the housing company's account without commissions. The housing company can determine the price of electricity itself and create different user groups with different pricing models.
Property managers can effortlessly monitor and manage the use of charging points and parking areas through the eParking cloud service.
Functional charging solutions increase the value of a housing company's apartments, while the lack of a charging point can be an obstacle to sales.
The best charging devices for your property.
We have implemented thousands of charging solutions across Finland. We understand our customers' needs and challenges and always offer the best solutions for the property.
The eParking system is compatible with charging devices from several different manufacturers and with different power ratings. Learn more about the options on the eTolppa website .

Service contents for housing companies
Administrator IDs : When the service is implemented, the housing company appoints a responsible person for whom administrator IDs (admin rights) are created.
User management : The administrator can view users registered in the eParking service, as well as approve and manage user IDs.
Data, reporting and remote management : The administrator can see the housing company's charging and heating events, payment traffic and energy consumption in real time by user, charging point and area. The administrator can also make and receive fault reports and remotely manage the housing company's charging and heating devices.
Parking permit management : The property manager can manage parking permits and parking permit payments in the housing association.
Billing service : The housing company uses user-specific billing based on consumption data and, if necessary, billing for parking spaces or charging services. The property manager can bill users themselves based on consumption data.
Settlement : Payments are collected and settled regularly in installments. Payments are accumulated in the eParking service subscriber's Paytrail account, from which automatic transfers are made to the housing company's bank account at agreed intervals. eParking then invoices the housing company for the service in accordance with the price list.
Customer service : In addition to user customer service, eParking has a separate business customer service for administrators, which handles contractual matters, such as changes in electricity pricing.
Load management : Dynamic load management ensures that the maximum electrical capacity available at the site or phase-specific current limits are not exceeded. This makes charging and heating electric vehicles safe.
