Parking and charging solutions for housing associations

eParking simplifies and streamlines parking and electric vehicle charging, making property management easier.

The eParking system offers its users a fair and transparent way to handle the charging and parking of electric cars within a housing association.

The system automates the monitoring of electricity consumption and the issuance of parking permits. Residents pay for electricity through the eParking service, with the amount transferred directly to the housing company's account without any brokerage fees. The housing company can set its own electricity prices and create different user groups with tailored pricing models.

Property managers can effortlessly monitor and manage the use of charging points and parking areas through the eParking cloud service.

Effective charging solutions increase the value of the housing association's dwellings, while the lack of a charging point may be a barrier to sales.

Service offering for housing association

Administrator credentials : Administrator credentials are created for the property manager in the eParking system, allowing them to monitor the electricity consumption of all users.

Usernames : Usernames are created in the eParking system for residents of the housing association, to which parking permits are assigned. In addition to parking management, the resident can use the eParking application to remotely control their vehicles' heating and charging.

Monitoring of electricity consumption : The property manager can monitor the electricity consumption of residents, both user and charging device specifically.

Management of parking permits : The property manager can manage parking permits and parking permit payments.

Invoicing service : The housing association can invoice residents user-specifically based on consumption data and, if necessary, for the cost of parking space rent and other service charges.

Settlement :Payments are collected and settled regularly in instalments. Payments accumulate in the Paytrail account of the eParking.fi service subscriber, from which automatic payments are made to the housing company's bank account at agreed intervals. eParking will then invoice the housing association for the service according to the pricing list.

Customer service : eParking offers two customer service channels: one for business clients, such as the housing association, and another for end users, the residents. Our team is happy to assist with any questions regarding the service.

Load management : eParking uses dynamic load management to ensure that charging and heating of vehicles can be done safely. Load management ensures that the maximum electrical capacity of the property or the phase-specific current limits are not exceeded.

  • Invoicing is based on the housing association's own VAT rate.
