No use every month?
* We only charge a monthly fee to active users. If a user has no parking or charging events during a billing period, no monthly fee will be charged for that month.
Summary invoice once a month
With the corporate invoicing service, a company can compile its employees' parking and charging transactions into a single consolidated invoice. The invoice can include on-street parking, public charging, and contract parking.
When a company adopts eParking Business corporate billing, administrators are selected to add the employee to their corporate billing. After this, the employees' parking and charging events are recorded on the company's invoice. Consolidated billing occurs once a month. The administrator can see all employees' parking and charging events by user and event.
The payment term for short-term transactions is seven (7) days and for contractual transactions is 14 days.
Define the terms yourself
The company has the option to limit which employee parking and charging events are included in the scope of corporate billing. The company can therefore determine whether it pays for employee parking, charging, or both. The company can also make area-specific restrictions, meaning that only parking or charging that occurs in certain areas is paid for.
Monthly fee based on number of users
The eParking Business corporate billing service is a monthly fee service, where the monthly fee is determined by the number of employees added to the corporate billing service. The monthly fee for an employee is only charged for those months in which the employee has a parking or charging event. The monthly fee is therefore only charged for active users; if the user does not have any parking or charging events during the billing period, the employee will not be charged a monthly fee for that month.
Manage users easily
It is easy for the administrator to manage the number of employees in the eParking Business service. The administrator can add or remove employees as needed in the administrator view, and the monthly fee for the corporate invoicing service is based on the active users in the system. This means that the company does not need to separately notify eParking customer service about changes in the number of employees, but the administrator can flexibly manage their employees' contracts.
