No use every month?
* We only charge active users a monthly fee. If the user does not have any parking or charging events during the billing period, no monthly payment will be made for that month.
Consolidated invoice once a month
With the company invoicing service, a company can compile the parking and charging transactions of its employees on the same consolidated invoice. Street parking, public charging, and contract parking can be included in the bill. When a company adopts eParking Business business invoicing, administrators are selected for the company, who add the employee to the scope of their business invoicing. After this, the employees' parking and charging events are registered on the company's invoice, and consolidated billing takes place once a month. The administrator sees all employees' parking and charging events per user and per event.
The payment term is seven (7) days in the invoice for short-term transactions and 14 days in the invoice for the contractual party's transactions.
Define the terms yourself
The company has the option to limit which employee parking and charging events are covered by company billing. The company can therefore define whether the company pays for employees' parking, charging, or both. The company can also make area-specific restrictions, i.e. the company can decide that only parking or charging in certain areas will be paid for.
Monthly fee according to the number of users
The eParking Business business invoicing service is a monthly paid service, where the monthly fee is determined by the number of employees added to the business invoicing service. The monthly fee for the employee is only charged for the months when the employee has a parking or charging event. The monthly fee is therefore only charged to active users, i.e. if the user does not have any parking or charging events during the billing period, the employee will not be charged a monthly fee for that month.
Manage users easily
It is easy for the administrator to manage the number of employees in the eParking Business service. In the administrator view, the administrator can add or remove employees as needed, and the monthly payment for the business invoicing service is based on the active users in the system. The company therefore does not have to make a separate notification to eParking's customer service about the changed number of employees, but the administrator can flexibly manage the contracts of his employees.
