Jyväskylä P-Pergent: A modern parking destination for users' needs

There is a desire to make clear decisions in the new construction area of Jyväskylä: cars are centrally parked in parking houses and the yard areas of the houses are utilized for other uses. The construction time of the area itself has been decades and is developed above the needs of the residents.
The parking solution is the P-Pergent, which is the first parking house in the area. Its users are mostly made up of residents of the fabric area. In addition, there are, among other things, guests of residents and people working in the area.
Jyväs-Parkki Oy, who owns the P-pergent in the project's design phase, was informed that intelligent remote-controlled charging points could be purchased for parking houses. Jyväs-Parkki Oy had discussions with us and explored the suitability of the snacks in the parking house. The site has both residents and workplace parking, so the corresponding items are already familiar to us. In Jyväs Park, it was noticed that there was a need for a car heating solution in the parking destination. In addition, the number of electric and hybrid vehicles is increasing, so the site should also provide charging options. Etolppa serves both needs.

In P-perga, parking times are long, allowing the charging of electric cars and hybrids by slow charging. According to representatives of Jyväs-Park, Etolppa was a suitable solution for the parking house. “A modern heating and charging solution is well suited to an area where everything else will be new. According to Jyväs-Park, the otolpas add value to users as the motorist can charge or heat the car as needed when parking. In addition, modern additional features increase the value of the object. Etolpas have been in use in the P-Pergent since 15 December 2017, and according to representatives of Jyväs-Park, the technical functionality has been mainly excellent.
