Espoo Niittykumpu: Eparking also works in more complex sites
The Espoo Niittykumpu will be built into a set of five housing companies, which includes both rental companies and independent housing companies. These five housing companies have a common parking garage, where most of the places are rentable and some are shareholders.
The whole includes:
Flat. Oy A - Rental House A (rented parking spaces)
Flat. Oy B - rental company B (rented parking spaces)
Flat. Oy C - Rental House B (rented parking spaces)
Flat. Oy D - Investment Company A (rented parking spaces)
Flat. Oy E - shareholders themselves (shareholder car positions)
The electrical interface of the parking garage will come through the rental company A, and the first completion company will build electricity on the site. Each housing association manages its parking spaces independently, and the proceeds go directly to the housing association. The flexibility of the EParking system allows you to create your own billing practice for each housing company.
House -specific parking fees and electricity billing
In the Niittykumpu parking garage, housing companies have decided on the following billing practices:
Rental House A : 2.5 €/month from the user
Rental company B : 10 €/month from user
Investment Company A : Higher Parking Fee, Charging Right is included (via Eparking 0 €/month)
Housing Company E : The decision on parking fees is made at the organization meeting
Each resident pays the electricity he has used to the rental company A and the monthly charges defined by his or her own housing company. As electricity comes through the rental company A, which is liable for VAT, electricity must be billed as VAT. If a rental company A were housing company and VAT deductible, it could offer its residents electricity without VAT and other users taxable.
Although the billing package of the Niittykumpu parking garage may seem complicated, Eparking allows you to target billing entirely according to your customer needs and wishes. All parking-related billing is handled through the EParking system, and the service subscriber can price parking and electricity as they wish. The system can take into account different user groups and parking areas, and the payments are automatically paid to the right parties.
