Remotec developed a remote -controlled service package that is easy to use in ports. The new service is an intact entity that helps both a tourism entrepreneur and a tourist. Remotec combines port services and remotely controlled power distribution points in its service so that the boating season can be extended from both the beginning and the end. When he drives to the port, he no longer has to do business at the port service point, but all the services are immediately at his disposal. If desired, the boatman can also pay on the spot.

The port service point, on the other hand, does not have to be on call: digitalisation of the service frees resources from the tourism entrepreneur to other activities. Remote -controlled RECO Power Distribution Points allow remotely the payment of the berth and the necessary services, if desired, without person contacts, all year round and 24 hours. For the entrepreneur, the benefits of the service are already reflected in the hottest season: when the berth fees and power supply can be handled either in advance or through the same service, allowing staff to focus properly on customer service.
