Parking and charging solutions for organizations

eParking brings charging and parking management into the modern era

eParking is easy to use

Electricity is billed user-specifically at a price determined by the organisation.

Users register with eParking and handle their charging, heating, and parking expenses directly through the eParking service. Organizations can set up various user groups, such as employees and visitors, each with its own pricing structure. Parking restrictions can be customized to meet organizational needs, such as allowing parking exclusively for employees on weekdays while permitting open access at other times. eParking simplifies administrative tasks by providing easy tracking of payment transactions, energy consumption, and usage rates. Users can also manage their parking permissions and monitor their electricity consumption for charging directly through the application.

eParking – parking control made simple.

Services for organizations

Administrator credentials : Administrator credentials are created for the organization member in the eParking system, and as a responsible person, he can monitor the consumption of all users.

Usernames : For those who park in the organization, usernames are created in the eParking system, to which parking permits are offered and linked. In addition to the parking garage, the user can remotely control the heating and charging of their vehicle from the eParking application.

Monitoring of electricity consumption : The administrator can monitor the electricity used to charge vehicles and register the numbers in the cloud service per user or plug.

Management of parking permits : The administrator can manage parking permits and parking permit payments in the organization.

Invoicing service : The organization has user-specific invoicing based on consumption data and, if necessary, invoicing for a parking space or charging service. The property manager can bill the users themselves based on consumption data.

Billing : Users' invoices are automatically debited from their credit cards in the eParking application. eParking generates revenue for the organization. The transaction fee is deducted from the settlement. eParking sends the organization a billing report and invoices the organization according to the price list.

Customer service : The customer service of organizations and users helps in fault situations and is happy to answer any questions.

Load management : eParking uses dynamic load management. Load management ensures that charging electric cars and heating cars is safe, and that the maximum electrical capacity used by the object or the phase-specific current limits are not exceeded.
