Users register with eParking and handle their charging, heating, and parking expenses directly through the eParking service. Organizations can set up various user groups, such as employees and visitors, each with its own pricing structure. Parking restrictions can be customized to meet organizational needs, such as allowing parking exclusively for employees on weekdays while permitting open access at other times. eParking simplifies administrative tasks by providing easy tracking of payment transactions, energy consumption, and usage rates. Users can also manage their parking permissions and monitor their electricity consumption for charging directly through the application.

All in one app — parking, car heating, and electric car charging are all handled with the same eParking app.
In addition to their own housing company charger, residents can charge their electric car at any public charger operated by eParking around Finland using the same familiar app. Free charging points and parking areas can be conveniently found directly on the app's map view, and residents manage their payments completely independently.

Admin controls
Accounts are created for designated administrators of a company or property, allowing them to manage rights, reservations, and parking permits in the contract area.
Charging devices and operation
The system is compatible with charging devices from several different manufacturers and with different power ratings (1.8-400 kW). The operation of the devices is plug- and parking-specific.
Different user groups and regions
An organization can define multiple user groups (e.g. employees and customers) with different pricing methods and access rights to different parking areas.
Data, reporting and remote management
Real-time view of energy consumption and payment traffic, as well as parking space occupancy by user, charging point and area.
User billing
Electricity is billed per user based on consumption at a price determined by the organization. Users pay the costs directly through the system by card or balance.
Load management
Load management ensures that the maximum electrical capacity is not exceeded. Level 1 load management is automatically included in the service.
User mobile application
With the easy-to-use eParking application, users can control charging, manage their parking rights, and monitor their electricity consumption in real time.

Important things to consider when pricing
Startup costs
Site-specific equipment investment and installation costs according to infrastructure.
Operating fee
The monthly operating fee is based on the number of plugs and device types.
Minimum billing
A minimum monthly invoicing applies to the operating fee.
Settlement
A transaction fee is deducted from the fees charged to users, and the remaining funds are credited to the subscriber, i.e. the organization.
