What would be more important than getting a car for charging both at home and during the working day, in places where the car is standing in the park anyway? Employers play an important role in the fact that the charging service can be arranged for workplaces and that electricity can be billed by the user.
Highway 30 's business concentration has over 2000 employees and about 1,000 parking spaces. There were over a hundred traditional heating poles in the parking garage. At the same time, several companies encouraged their staff to move to the cars to be charged. The property representatives had the impression that the total electricity of the posts and seven -free charging plugs was thousands of euros a year. On top of this, when the maintenance work due to the breakdown of traditional heating plugs was counted, the five -digit sums were already close. The seven charging places on offer were full before eight in the morning, when the chargers used the temperature to charge and later went to a coffee hour to turn the timer clock. Although an attempt had been made to eradicate unauthorized charging with information, it had not been eliminated.
With the customer, they wanted to think about the download and heating services provided by the property as a whole. For the time being, heating use was offered for free, and this was to continue to operate.
The ECO feature of the ETOLPs allows the plug to select heating use through the application.
However, it can only be heated when the outdoor temperature is less than 5 degrees and even for a short time. The heating time increases as the temperature drops.
If the temperature is low enough, the chargers will also receive free electricity from slow charging points.
Instead, in fast charging points, electricity is always paid. If the temperature is above 5 degrees Celsius, the heating feature cannot be turned on. In this case, the only opportunity is to use a paid charging feature.
216 slow charging points (Etolppaa) and 14 fast (22 kW) charging points were carried out at Highway 30. Rapid charging points in the area are priced more expensive than slow charging points. This encourages all day -to -work chargers to download from slow charging points and do not have to load fast charging points unnecessarily.
Solutions such as Highway 30 are needed to make rechargeable cars more common. Traditional heating posts that are non -traditional and with mechanical timers are lived by their time. Modern intelligent charger devices can make sensible measurement, add a billing service to the whole, and get a common understanding of the power curves and energy consumption of the property's parking spaces.
The fast charging points of the site have been implemented in cooperation with the Tampere Electricity Plant.
