Our EParking service became the best solution for Vaso in the study. Although the service has not been in use for a long time, according to Heinonen, the benefits are already clearly visible. Vaso has released resources, especially from financial management and from the real estate side for other tasks, when the parking set is handled digitally at our service.
Heinonen also emphasizes that the use of charging stations remotely is a considerable comfort factor for the resident. Residents can choose the parking lot they want and, as an additional service, take the car heating or charging. Electricity consumption will be charged according to the actual consumption.
In Vaso's new projects and renovated properties, reserving a parking space, managing the heating post and payment has been carried out via the EParking application since 2019. In the service, the resident can reserve and dismiss his or her own parking space. All EParking spaces are paid and the fee is determined by the type of parking space. The electricity used for the charger is billed according to consumption. Downloads of electric cars can be charged in all properties where the EParking is used as these properties are installed.
