Change to eParking service fee from July 1, 2025

The eParking service fee will change from July 1, 2025. The new service fee is €0.49 per paid parking transaction. No service fee will be charged if the parking fee is €0. 

The change applies to the eParking application's short-term parking service fee, i.e. parking in public parking lots, such as city streets and parking lots, as well as in public parking lots of organizations. The change does not apply to contract parking fees.

You can always find the most up-to-date parking price information in the eParking application. 

eParking's service fee has remained the same since 2018. However, the costs associated with providing the service have increased, for example due to inflation and VAT changes. The new pricing model better covers the costs associated with providing the service. However, eParking is still one of the most affordable parking apps even after the price change and the only parking operator that does not charge a percentage of the parking fee.

The change does not require any action from the user and does not affect the other terms of the service. The user has the right to terminate the service and stop using the application if the user does not accept the new pricing.
