Toas: Digital Parking Service for Students

The Tampere Student Housing Foundation Toas provides parking permits for its residents in digital. Toas introduced our EParking service, which provides almost 2,500 parking spaces around Tampere.

Previously, the resident had to rent a parking lot by dealing with the Toas office. Now the residents can book a place for themselves, even on their home sofa. Eparking can be used easily in a browser or application. In addition, you can pay the parking permit and change the registration number. Thus, everything is done electronically from reserving the parking permit until the dismissal. For the time being, the key or pass of the heater must be picked up from the Toas office. 

“Collaboration with EParking is perfect for Toas and improves service experience. Digitalisation of parking control is modern and makes our residents' lives easier. On the other hand, it also releases time and resources from the office to other important things, ”says Kirsi Koski from Toas.

Residents who have already rented the parking lot were staggered to Eparking users. The first residents started the use of our service in November, and the permits had been transferred to our service in June. 

Toas aims to make the student's daily life easier and provide excellent service. According to Toas, both of these goals are great in the EParking cooperation.
