The Southwest Finland Housing Association Day will be held on 30 October in Logomo, Turku. The free trade fair is aimed at chairmen and members of housing association boards and anyone interested in housing association administration. The event will feature expert lectures and a large fair area with numerous service providers.

The topics of the lectures include recent legal changes, financing of renovation projects and good property management. Experts from the Finnish Real Estate Association will also be available at the fairgrounds, and you can get answers to legal questions about your housing association at the legal clinic.

The event lectures will discuss, among other things, the implementation of electric car charging point projects, the changing responsibilities and special issues of smoke alarms, and the rational use of energy in housing associations. In the panel discussion, a government veteran will meet three young housing association influencers.
